San Diego Software Industry Council (SDSIC)
Public Group active 4 months, 3 weeks agoFormed in 1994, the San Diego Software Industry Council is building a future for the region’s high tech industry.
The Council’s objectives include fostering communications and networking opportunities among its members, creating and maintaining a link between the software industry and local educational institutions, and promoting a mutually beneficial dialog between San Diego’s software industry and local government. These objectives are accomplished through events, presentations, roundtables, and committees organized and sponsored by the Council.
SDSIC offers a variety of events: Business Interest Groups meetings, Entrepreneur’s Forum, and Special Monthly Events, which focuses on issues of interest to the entire industry. Each month, programs look at the latest opportunities presented by new technology, changes in the marketplace and changes in the law.
An important goal of the SDSIC is to build a large network of companies and individuals to ensure high tech organizations in our region have access to critical resources.
