Gregg Ward
is the CEO of the consulting and training firm, the Gregg Ward Group with over 25 years of professional experience helping clients in North America and Western Europe manage business challenges in the areas of Respectful Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, and Organizational Development.

Gregg has developed and delivered over 2,000 separate keynote presentations, training programs, seminars, webinars and workshops. He facilitated numerous leadership offsite meetings, including the merger of the two global IT divisions of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, and coached senior executives and successfully mediated workplace conflicts within corporations, not-for-profits, higher education, and federal government agencies. Gregg also served as a journalist for BBC Radio, Scotland on Sunday, The Times of London and many other UK media outlets on assignment throughout western Europe including covering the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Gregg is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and an Executive Coach with The Center for Creative Leadership. He also holds credentials in Executive Coaching from San Diego State University and in Mediation from the National Conflict Resolution Center. He is an expert in the use of live, professional theater, interactive facilitation and experiential learning as workplace training tools on complex issues. Gregg's new best-selling business book, The Respectful Leader: Seven Ways to Influence Without Intimidation was released by publisher John Wiley & Sons in 2016. Gregg is also the author of Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: A Toolbook for Managers and Team Leaders.
