Main Presentation: Strategically Thinking: Project Management Meets the Big Picture?
Presented by: Dr. Cynthia Boccara, Wellness for Life

Abstract: In today's business climate, it is not enough to be a competent Project manager and get your initiatives in on time and budget, you also need to be strategic. Your projects must align with the larger business goals and provide value beyond just their completion. You need to be able to effectively communicate with the C-suite to get executive support and to be able to course correct. This session will teach you 3 mistakes most PMs make and 3 critical skills you will need to be able to position yourself strategically as a trusted advisor and someone who is able to see the big picture beyond the completion of their successful project.

Dr. Cynthia Boccara is founder and CEO of Wellness for Life.
