The analyst works closely with the subject matter experts in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of the functional requirements. Requirements will be solicited internally, at user group meetings, and gleaned from existing documentation and procedures using industry standard methods such as functional decomposition, data flow modeling, use cases, and work flow analysis. Ray W. Frohnhoefer, MBA, PMP, CCP started the forum topic Seeking Grant Writer in the group PM Education Industry: Can anyone recommend a good grant writer in education? I'm managing a project at a district in Washington State and they want to apply for an i3 Grant: http://ed.gov/news/pressreleases/2009/10/10062009a.html. They need help within the next 2 weeks, so rapid response would be appreciated.
