Wayne Holley

Wayne’s childhood home was a thousand-acre farm in Alabama. He served in the US Air Force in California and in Alaska, where he stayed for almost 25 years. Wayne has live in the San Diego area since 1995.

During Wayne’s career, he has lead teams and projects in construction surveying, IT development, finance, residential and commercial construction and community development. His teams have ranged from as small as two or three to thirty-five or more.

Since 2012, Wayne has volunteered with PMI-SD, as Dinner Event Manager, Deputy VP Programs, VP Programs, VP Finance and is currently in his second year as President of the Chapter.

Loredana Battisti
Project Management Institute

Loredana Battisti is currently CAPM certified. She also holds a project management certificate from UCSD Extension. She is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as Scrum Master Certified. Currently, she is completing her Micro-Master in Business Administration and a Business Management Certificate through UCSD - Extension. She is very passionate about project management and enjoys learning and improving herself.

Mickey Nakamura

Mickey is serving his 1st year as the new VP of Programs for PMI-SD.  His background includes over 20 years of Transformation, PMO, Ops Excellence, and Organizational Change Management leadership experiences managing Fortune 100 companies, healthcare, higher education, & government organizations.  He is currently the Head of the ePMO at the University of Southern California (USC).  Mickey's volunteer experiences includes serving for the PMI OPM/PMO Expert Advisory Group; the PMO Global Alliance Expert Mentor & Awards Leadership committee; Heal the Bay Clean-up Team; Red Cross Blood Donations; & Covenant House Homeless Fundraising.  He is a Certified PMP, PMO Expert, Agile Scrum Master (CSM), LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management Professional (CMP), and ITIL Certified Expert.  Additionally, Mickey is a PMI Expert Contributor for the global standard for Organizational Project Management (OPM) & a PMI book Co-Author- "Expanding the Value of PMO Guide".  His personal interests includes travel, fishing, being a foodie, micro-brews, wineries, & playing world team tennis league.

Zach Herman

Zach is the Information Services PMO Manager at UC San Diego Health. He has overseen large scale programs in Healthcare for over 10 years with a focus on Process Improvement and Implementation Best Practices. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He also holds a PMP certification and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kevin Steiger

Kevin has over 15 years of experience with SAP ERP system and project management. He has completed six full cycle SAP ERP implementations for manufacturing and retail businesses.

Kevin is a big believer of Seth Godin and the book, LINCHPIN: Are You Indispensable? He reads Seth Godin blogs to start his day.

Carmen is an experienced mentor with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. She is skilled in business development, business strategy, marketing management, business planning, sales, entrepreneurship, and international business.

Carmen is a strong professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in International Relations and Affairs from George Mason University.
