Sarah Morgan is a photographer with over 27 years of experience capturing stories and creating memories. She started out photographing weddings, drawn to the magic of telling love stories through my lens. Over time, Sarah transitioned to focus on what she's most passionate about: empowering people through professional headshots, personal branding, and beauty portraits.
The mission of Sarah Morgan Photography is simple—to help you feel amazing in front of the camera and bring your unique story to life. Bill Baxter has a broad range of industry experience—aerospace engineering in the defense industry; marketing management for a distribution company, project management for a telecommunications company; communications cabling system design and data center design for an architecture and engineering company and data center strategy for a global financial company. In many of these jobs, networking was key to getting the opportunity. Hard work and strong intuition was key to being successful in the various roles. This background enables Bill to help others strategize their career advancement.
Bill’s education includes an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

His passion is supporting creative teams to thrive and focus on what they do best. No surprise, outside of work Chris is a creative, producing postmodern abstract art.

About Jeff
Jeff Scudder served 25 years as an officer in the US Navy completing assignments on five ships, to include command of USS Thach (FFG 43), and on five staffs both ashore and afloat. He deployed and operated throughout the world to include three tours stationed in Yokosuka, Japan; as well as the Pentagon on the Joint Staff; Camp Smith, HI on the staff of Commander US Pacific Command; and afloat tours in San Diego, CA. Since completing active duty, he has worked as a Program Manager in the defense industry, first with Solute, Inc and in 2020 he joined SAIC, supporting programs for Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC). In his current role he is responsible for executing contracts for software, networking, and systems engineering projects with combined worth of $9.3M+, leading teams of 5 to 45 people. He has a BS from Jacksonville University, a MA from US Naval War College, and a MBA from University of Hawai’i at Manoa. He is a certified PMP since 2019.

Helen Shpaner brings over 25 years of progressive technical, project and program management experience, across electronic communication, healthcare and retail industries. Graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Information Systems, Helen is currently Sr. Project Manager at HME, Inc. She has led multiple high-profile strategic and complex software projects, including enterprise system upgrades, data warehouses and reporting platforms, integrated workflow tools and multi-platform program initiatives. She enjoys practicing and teaching Agile principles, blending project management and mindset coaching concepts to create intentional, meaningful and fulfilling careers.

She specializes in leading and managing large-scale, complex business solutions within global, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations.
Ramak has played a pivotal role in shaping and establishing multiple centralized Program Management Offices (PMOs), ensuring effective governance and strategic alignment. She focuses on aligning organizational goals, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and has deep expertise in Agile and SAFe frameworks. Additionally, she leverages cutting-edge AI tools to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and generate data-driven insights for superior execution and delivery.
