Doors will open at 7 am. We recommend arriving early to avoid any delays.
Parking at the venue is limited. We recommend using public transit. The Park and Market Trolley Station is a 2-minute walk from the venue. Alternatively, use nearby parking lots like Padres Parkade or Park-It-On-Market.

No, there is no dress code. We recommend business casual attire.
Registrants are eligible for a discounted rate at Hotel Indigo in the Gaslamp Quarter, conveniently located near the UCSD Park & Market conference venue. After completing your registration, you will receive a unique URL to book your room at this special rate. Staying at Hotel Indigo allows easy access to the event location, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience during the conference.
- Booking Deadline: Please make your reservations by October 2nd to secure the discounted rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your reservation date.
- Rate Availability: The discounted rate is available for stays up to 2 days before and 2 days after November 1st.

- Log in to pmi.org
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Select Membership from the dropdown menu
- In the MyPMI Menu (on the left-hand side), click Account
- Click Order History

Registration FAQ
Early Bird Registration opens on August 19 for Chapter Members. There will be a limited number of early bird tickets available.
The registration fees are as follows:
- Members: $160
- Non-members: $235
- Early Bird Discounted (Members Only): $125
Yes! Here’s how you can join:
- Sign in to your account at PMI & select your Dashboard.
- Go to Membership Overview, click “Join a Chapter” and search for the San Diego Chapter.
- Join the San Diego Chapter, then wait 48-72 hours for your membership to process.
- Register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
- Please be aware new chapter membership can take up to 72 business hours to become active in the PMI San Diego Chapter database.

Sessions FAQ
The event agenda and schedule will be available on our website once finalized.
Attendees can earn up to 7 PDUs.
No, PDUs are reported on your behalf. Please scan the QR code at the end of each session to receive credits. PDUs will reflect in your dashboard within 14 business days.
Sessions will not be recorded, but presentation slides will be made available to attendees after the event.
Yes, there will be dedicated networking sessions throughout the day, offering opportunities to connect with fellow professionals and industry leaders. Additionally, we invite all attendees to the closing reception from 5:00 - 7:00 PM for an extended chance to socialize, share insights, and make valuable connections in a relaxed setting.
