About Americo 

Americo Pinto is one of the preeminent thought leaders in the Project Management Office (PMO) domain, currently serving as the Managing Director of the PMO Global Alliance (PMOGA) at the Project Management Institute (PMI). With a rich professional history spanning over 25 years, Americo has established himself as a global authority in PMOs and project management. His career has seen him excel in various influential roles, including executive, international consultant, speaker, project manager, professor, researcher, and author.

He founded the PMO Global Alliance in 2017, which became the world's largest global community of PMOs, being acquired by PMI in 2023.

Americo's contributions to the field have been recognized with the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award, celebrating his global influence on project management practices.

Currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Bordeaux, France, Americo also holds a master's degree in business administration, and several credentials, including PMP, PMO-CP, and PMO-CC.

David is a Senior Manager, EY Nexus for Health Solution Architect with over 28 years in the healthcare industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for four nonprofit organizations with a mission in health, project management, Pan-Asian professionals, music, and culture. Currently, David is the VP of Operations/President-Elect for the PMI Los Angeles Chapter where he has led various initiatives including Social Impact, Project Managers Without Borders (PMWB), DEIAB Committee, Leadership Development Program, Volunteer Engagement Program, Volunteer Toolkit.

Seyi Oshinowo has nearly a decade working in Project / Program Management and Operations and is now working as the Global Operations Project Manager at Meta. Seyi holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Communication at University of Washington and graduated Cum Laude among his class. He then received his MBA at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management. Out of the office, he is an advocate serving the community and providing resources for others, especially the youth. Currently, he also mentors these amazing students at Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco, and is a Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program.

Jen Fitzgerald is a former admissions counselor who applies the insights gained from advising thousands of students during the college admissions process to networking. She speaks to audiences about her work and how the concepts of friendship can be used for authentic networking. Her roles with schools like Virginia Commonwealth University, a large public research university; The American University of Paris, a small private international liberal arts university; and Harvey Mudd College, a small private liberal arts college with a STEM focus, showed her the importance of networking at a time when networks are shrinking, and many professionals are actively avoiding networking. Jen graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, a minor in Theatre Arts, and Certificate in Journalism.

About Robert 

Robert Snyder is the founder and president of Innovation Elegance, LLC. His thirty-year career spans roles such as developer, project management, change management, sales enablement, and the performing arts. His career path includes corporate roles, consulting roles, startups, PMP, and Agile certifications. He’s performed in numerous vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kristine A. Hayes Munson, MBA, PMP, CIA, CISM, is an IT leader with a proven track record of successfully completing projects in the financial services industry. She specializes in implementing high-profile, cross-discipline projects resulting in deliverables aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. She oversees a risk and compliance program balancing internal controls, regulatory requirements, information security best practices, and entrepreneurialism. Ms. Hayes Munson’s interactive presentations and courses integrate project management theory with hands-on, experiential learning. She serves as a member of the University of California Irvine Division of Continuing Education project management certificate program’s faculty. PMI-OC recognized Ms. Hayes Munson as a PMI-OC Fellow, where she actively volunteers supporting the Fellows Nominating Committee and New Member Orientation team.
