Business Projects and Agile Implementations
Group Participation and Discussion led by: Zach Bonaker and Sherry S. Remington

Registration at this venue is limited to 65 attendees. Register now to reserve your spot!

Abstract: In this session we will look at the 12 principles of Agile and how they impact business projects. We will have a discussion of if and when Agile or an adaptive method should be used for business projects. This is determined by the use of a Stacy Matrix. The takeaway for attendees will be a very robust discussion on different scenarios that would warrant decisions to use an adaptive method or not. You will see how different decisions could be made depending on the project, process and organizational structure.
