Abstract: This program will address:

  • Leadership
  • Creativity
  • Innovation
  • Teamwork
  • Communication
  • Conflict Management
  • Presentation Skills!

Chris Nielson kicks off his workshop by asking each participant to identify one of their current challenges (professional or personal), and he creates a 100% customized program based on the list. The group will establish an environment where attendees can safely play, improvise and experiment while building and learning skills critical to success. An increasing number of entrepreneurs and organizations, like American Express, Dupont and Ford, are recognizing how improv comedy and experiential learning can bring serious benefits to their business, including new ideas and fresh approaches. Improv skills can help businesspeople of all levels improve their teamwork, adaptability, creativity, and negotiation skills. It helps remove “analysis paralysis” and can help executives overcome the urge to critique and be right in order to unlock creativity. This program is designed for the growth-minded professional or person, who is willing to stretch outside his/her comfort zone to truly grow.

Chris Nielson is an Awakening coach, speaker, trainer and consultant. He has had the honor to train and share laughs with organizations like Intuit, Sony, SDSU, UCSD, and the San Diego Bar Association to name a few. He specializes in creating safe and successful environments through games that ultimately develop cooperation, communication, creativity, collaboration, and leadership. He combines his 30 years of business and sales experience and his love of improvisational comedy to entertain and educate audiences across the United States. He resides in San Diego, and is a loving father.
