Abstract:

Systems and Workflows: Move beyond reactive or proactive and become transformative by changing our traditional linear thinking to a more circular “systems” approach.

The takeaway for attendees will be a very deep discussion on how system thinking impacts the PMO and the projects being implemented for the PMO and how it helps to meet the enterprise strategic goals.

Joseph Case is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and retired Naval Officer. He holds a BBA from National University and has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, leading teams from 10 to 250, as well as several “bosses” along the way. After 25 years as a Naval Flight Officer, flying P3C aircraft, Joe decided to move on in 2017 to Corporate America where he eventually ended up with Northrop Grumman as the Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead and Program Manager of a series of contracts within their Restricted Programs Division. Throughout his career, Joe has both lead and consulted on a variety of projects from establishment of overseas operational locations to turnaround efforts for under performing contracts, all requiring bosses to answer to and many requiring their own variety of management.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time cycling as well as traveling around and exploring the sights and sounds of Southern California.
