When will the Annual Conference take place?
|
The conference will take place on Friday September 22, 2023 from 8am to 5pm. Check-in opens at 7am.There will be a Welcome Reception for speakers, guests, and volunteers on Thursday, September 21 from 5pm - 7pm.

How do I register for the Annual Conference?
|
You may register at the conference registration page on PMI San Diego’s website.

What is the cost to register?
|
Early Bird Registration has ended. General Registration is open:Member Ticket ($139/each) & Non-Member Ticket ($179/each)
Register in advance to secure your seat.

What is included in the cost of my registration?
|
You registration will give you access to the Welcome Reception on Thursday 21st at 5PM, and all sessions at the Annual Conference on Friday September 22nd.

Do I need to register for individual sessions after I register or the conference?
|
You do not need to register for individual sessions. However, please note that some sessions may have limited seating, so please come early to secure your spot.
|

Are meals included in my registration?
|
Your registration will include lunch, hors d'oeuvres, and light refreshments
|

What to do in the case of dietary and other special needs?
|
Please notify us of your dietary and other special needs when you register for the conference. We will do our best to accommodate your need.
|

What is the cancellation policy?
|
You may cancel your registration for a full refund until September 10th. After that, we are unable to process any refunds.
|

Can I purchase my conference registration when I get to the conference?
|
We cannot guarantee tickets will be available at the door. Register in advance to secure your seat.

Will there be an option to attend virtually?
|
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate virtual attendance of the conference.
|

Will the conference sessions be recorded?
|
Conference sessions will not be recorded.
|

Can I see what sessions will be presented prior to the conference?

How can I find out when someone is scheduled to present?

Is parking available for conference attendees?
|
Parking at the venue is available for conference attendees for a special rate. Registered guests will receive information in full.
|
|
Are hotel rooms available for conference attendees?
|
Discounted hotel rates at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina are available for PMI San Diego Annual Conference attendees. A special rate of $219/night plus tax and fees is available for Thursday night September 21stand Friday night September 22nd.
You will receive the link for this special room rate after you register for the PMI San Diego Annual Conference. The special rate offer expires on August 21st.

What is the suggested dress code for attending a conference?
|
The dress code is business casual.

How many PDU’s will I receive for attending the conference?
|
You will earn up to 9 PDUs.
|
|
How will my PDU’s be registered?
|
If you have registered as a PMI member through the website, PMI San Diego will submit your PDU’s on your behalf to PMI.org. If you have not registered through the PMI Member Login screen or are not a member, we are unable to process your PDU’s.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance? |
No, we will not provide participants with a certificate of attendance |
